with Very unusual LeC on Dial and T SWISS T at the bottom of 6.
In Very Good condition for 60-Year-old worn gently wristwatch
Expect scratches and small dings nothing crazy
Acrylic crystal looks very old but in good shape.
I am Not JLC expert i can tell dial is not refinished and case looks unpolished
Looks all original except for the black leather strap.
The case was made in the US by Star Watch Case Co. and has the engraving 307-916 307 is the case code and 916 is the caliber.
The Jaeger Lecoultre 916 watch movement, introduced around 1969, is an automatic/manual-wind alarm mechanism. The watch movement is automatic, while the alarm function requires manual winding. It includes a sweep second hand and a date function that can be set by changing the time between 22-24 hours.
